Hello, guys. As some of you may already know, we've decided to organise our guild 10 men raid run this Sunday, 24.07 at 16.00 server time. We should have enough ready, active people and resources to successfully manage it. I would ask all of you who want to sing up for the event to go to the Forum Post and do so. I'd also appreciate if by then all of you downloaded and activated our voicechat.

In it I'll be trying to explain the decision to move to Bloodiron. It is now final for most of the core members of FURY who could be reached out to until now - FURY will move to Bloodiron.

If you have friends outside our guild we can, of course, understand that. It'd be nice if you encourage them to join us though. The core of FURY is open to interguild discussions and mergers if necessary. As long as these players are decently nice and fit into our guild. :)

[EDIT]I'll expand this post eventually. Laying out my thoughts regarding this. At the moment things are a bit hectic though. I wasn't expecting restrictions during the server transfers. Contact me via messenger, livechat (on the left side of the screen) or ingame, steam etc.

Urgent message: tonight / tomorrow 1.3 will go live. Trion released a list of allowed servers for transfer. Maidenfalls is not listed. Thus my hope, that the server will eventually become more populated instead due to open transfers or a merge, will not happen. Maidenfalls will probably die.

Hence we're now confronted with the decision to either stay for a few days, gather everyone up and move or just move with the active players. Here is the list they posted.

Bloodiron - PvP (medium population - still recommended)
Cloudborne - PvP (medium population - still recommended)

Hey guys, just giving you an update. Currently I'm trying to analyze servers.

Here are the EU shard forums on riftgame.com.

My criterias at the moment are:

• joining recommended servers (that would be cloudbourne at the moment)
• trying to join servers with friendly communities
• avoiding servers with zergtrain guilds (mass guilds that exist to dominate others on purpose / to gank) as they usually cause issues with the servers community
• trying to stick with our current PvP battlegroup (not possible as far as I can tell; it consists of: Maidenfalls, Mordant, Imperium, Scarhide, Sparkwing, Quarrystone, Overlook)

Hey again guys, I'll make a quick audiocast in like an hour and also summarize it here. My heart starts beating for cloudbourne at the moment. I'll try to capture some of my thoughts and also why I oppose the general urge to move to whitefall a bit. So if you like check back with (me)us in a bit. I'd love to keep all of you together and I'm putting as much effort into that problem as I can. I'll personally write all of you members and many whom I believe to be good players ingame messages before we move.

I crawled the web and found a few interesting statistics. Right now I tend towards Cloudbourne and Bloodiron, both servers are listed as recommended servers in the shard selection.

Thanks for staying with us and my posting thus far.

I am disappointed in Trion's decision to force this upon us in such a manner. I can understand it from a business perspective but from a community perspective it was a huge mistake. A merge would've kept us all together - this transfer situation will not. Maidenfalls was in a tough spot to begin with and the current events literally wreak havoc across the whole shard. Maidenfalls will fall apart, crumble like a defeated golem in Stonefield. However, the postive side is that many of our current issues with gameplay and progression will eventually be fixed. Some guilds will survive this mess, others won't.

Let me point out that todays decisionmaking process certainly wasn't easy but it was necessary. There is no future for the current Maidenfalls and while I hate to abandon it like this I see no alternative. I will put effort into making sure the process of transfer will be smooth for you. Further I'll try to pick up some of the nice players I've met on our shard. Maybe you'd like to join our fun crew. :) Further details will follow in the coming days.

So, fellow FURY members, gather your belongings and join us once more in our new home on Bloodiron.
