The most significant changes from the PTR haven't been included (yet). Neither will Druids be able to cast roots indoor nor will some Shaman totems work for the whole raid. The most major changes are probably mounts being available from level 30 on for 35 Gold and the re-balancing of the Rogue skill Cheat Death which has been weakened.

Honestly, I didn't expect it'd come so early. Season 4 is now live! Maybe it's a hint that WotLK will also come sooner as expected to not clash with Starcraft 2.
Anyways, with arena season 4 comes the new S4 PvP gear set, which is only accessible from arena vendors and requires arena points.
Right now I have no Information yet on if the S2 gear will now replace the S1 gear which can be bought for regular BG medals and honor points.
If you want to get S4 gear make sure to read into the arena mechanics carefully to avoid frustration. Also train yourself and together with your arena partner in order to be able to compete. The page about Arena PvP on WoWwiki is, as usual, a good place to start.
The Midsummer Festival will start today and lasts until the 5. July. Please check the Midsummer Festival website for more details on the festivals mechanics and the rewards from it.
The client patch 2.4.2 was released today. Along with it came problems with popular addons like Cartographer, Auctioneer and others. Although a patched version of Auctioneer has been released already, it is to be expected that many addons are still broken and need to be updated.
Please make sure to check your addons for updates or temporarily disable the broken ones to minimize gameplay issues.

The more, the merrier. As of today, FURY will join the NoGold.org community and support the goal of a MMO market without gold selling, account selling, power leveling on demand, bots, cheats, professionally abused exploits etc.
These actions are breaking the Terms of Service that has to be signed when registering with a game service. In fact, this behavior is clearly against the intentions of the game makers and the players that are hoping for an enjoyable game.

As a guild advances, members will always start to ask what they can do to get a higher rank. While I often can't understand the desire for high ranks, I will introduce the FURY rank system here.

The armory is a live database, fed from the servers directly. You can only see characters above level 10 and only active ones.
Every change will be reflected on wowarmory.com almost instantly. Specifically you can see level, equipment, talents, skills etc. of each guild member as well as the guild bank contents in near future. (You must be logged in to use this feature)
Also, as you can see on wowarmory now, Cairne is part of the Emberstorm Battlegroup.

The Faire, that rotates between Terokkar Forest, Elwynn Forest, and Mulgore, will be near the Tauren home-city Thunder Bluff for the next two weeks.

Whenever it comes to options, they are often confusing things at first but a lot of them turn out to be very handy in times. Addons allow you to customize your interface and the way you interact with the game as well as the game interacts with you. Ever wondered where those 15 slimy bones drop that you need to finish your quest or what a sharp claw is useful for? Addons can tell you this and much more, it's easy as pie!
There are a ton of useful addon sites out there and this introduction is not meant as a bible to follow. It should demonstrate what can be done, the rest is up to you.
